Preservation Resource, Inc. has expertise with all aspects of historic preservation planning, including architectural and cultural

as set forth in the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology and Historic Preservation (48 CFR 44716).
We work extensively with state and federal guidelines and regulations regarding historic resources and know the procedures, policies
and regulations for a variety of preservation related issues. We have worked in a variety of public-oriented projects and are adept
at giving presentations before local community groups, preservation boards, planning groups and elected commissions.

Co-founder of Preservation Resource, Inc., Ms. Peck is a historic preservation professional with over 13 years experience in preservation construction, materials conservation, compatible design, and research. She is responsible for historic building condition assessments, measured drawings, rehabilitation design, construction drawings and specifications, Design Guidelines, research, historic resource surveys and National and Local Register Nominations. Her strengths lie in her considerable construction and architecture experience coupled with her preservation education.

Craig DeRoin
Co-founder of Preservation Resource, Inc., Mr. DeRoin is a historic building professional with a broad range of knowledge in preservation construction, restoration, renovation, materials conservation, and design. Mr. DeRoin has over 25 years experience in sympathetic rehabilitations of both commercial and residential historic properties for both public and private clients. His project experience includes rehabilitation of buildings built from the 1700s to today, encompassing a variety of construction types and methods. He is knowledgeable about historic construction methods used throughout Florida as well as accepted conservation and repair techniques. In addition to providing initial conditions assessments of historic structures, Mr. DeRoin provides construction supervision and management for all projects.
