and design. Mr. DeRoin has over 25 years experience in
sympathetic rehabilitations of both commercial and residential
historic properties for both public and private clients.
His project experience includes rehabilitation of buildings
built from the 1700s to today, encompassing a variety of
construction types and methods. He is knowledgeable about
historic construction methods used throughout Florida as well
as accepted conservation and repair techniques. In addition to
providing initial conditions assessments of historic
structures, Mr. DeRoin provides construction supervision and
management for all projects.
